• Cancellation & Refund – Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before play time.
• Unexpected Cancellations – In cases such as accident or illness, a medical certificate or supporting document is required for a refund.
• No Show Policy – Failure to show up at the scheduled pick-up time without prior notice will result in no refund.
• Date/Time Changes – 300 THB/person for changes within the transfer zone, 500 THB/person for changes outside the transfer zone.
